Stuck funds

Hi Abstract Support,
I’m contacting you regarding an issue with my Abstract wallet (email-based login) where funds are currently inaccessible despite being visible on-chain.
Wallet address: 0xF6f83C4251E43A5d8799208e4BD51bE3556B2c2a
Transaction: 0xe8db188f85d646d951ceba7fc4fc967a2eeda4a144e5f988f8f6af39ab0c6364
After interacting via OpenSea, my funds were converted into WETH on Ethereum mainnet. The balance (~0.45 WETH) is clearly visible on Etherscan and remains in my wallet address. However, I am unable to:
- Send the funds
- Swap or unwrap WETH
- Execute any transaction (wallet returns “wallet error”)
From my understanding, this is due to limitations of the Abstract smart wallet when interacting with Ethereum mainnet.
---
### Key Point
These funds are not lost on-chain — they are still held at my address. The issue is that I currently have no way to produce a valid transaction signature to move them.
---
### Request
I would like a clear and technical answer to the following:
- Who controls the signing capability for my wallet?
- Is it possible for Abstract to execute a transaction on my behalf to transfer these funds?
- Is there any way to export the private key / signing credentials for my wallet?
- Are there upcoming updates that will enable Ethereum transaction support or recovery for affected users?
---
### Additional Context
I am aware this issue is affecting multiple users (as seen on your feedback board regarding ETH stuck on the Ethereum network). This appears to be a broader limitation rather than an isolated case.
---
### Expected Resolution
At minimum, I am requesting:
- A definitive statement on whether recovery is technically possible
- Or a roadmap / timeline for when Ethereum support or withdrawal functionality will be enabled
---
I would appreciate a clear, non-generic response as this involves a significant amount of funds.
Can you do a Deep Dive on it ? https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe8db188f85d646d951ceba7fc4fc967a2eeda4a144e5f988f8f6af39ab0c6364
I did phantom ETH-> bridged to abstract ETH via start gate on abstract -> logged into opensea connect abstract wallet and swapped Abstact ETH to wrapped ETH
Thank you,
Jordan
