Uncounted daily voting streak despite confirmed on-chain transactions

Hello,
I have been voting daily on the Portal from my Abstract Global Wallet, but my voting streak has been resetted/lost despite the fact that on-chain transactions confirm that I voted every day without exception.

I request that my account be reviewed and the voting streak corresponding to the days demonstrated on-chain be restored.
